Description:
A new 4,840 square foot administrative building. (Currently under construction)

Design Issues:
New building to take in design features of original Bessemer City Cotton Mill to blend in with surroundings, incorporating all necessary required functions into new building such as various administrative requirements, dressing rooms, and showers for staff.

Construction:
Metal building with brick, split-face block, and decorative metal building wall panels. New entrance tower constructed of brick and split-face block.
