Description:
A new 7,680 square foot maintenance building. (Currently under construction)

Design Issues:
New building inside campus and did not need to match other new buildings other than matching metal building panels. Incorporating all necessary functions into new building including truck lifts and a wash bay.

Construction:
Metal building with metal building siding.
